Houthi court orders the execution of 35 parliamentarians

The Specialized Criminal Court under the control of the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, issued a death sentence against 35 Yemeni parliamentarians on Tuesday for collaborating with Saudi Arabia and the Arab coalition countries.
Lawyer Abdulbasit Ghazi, head of the Defense for the Detainees and the Disappeared, said that he had been surprised an hour after the court announced the delay in the presence of the Chief Prosecutor, the agent, the media staff, and the judge, and the pronouncement session was held.
Ghazi said, on his Facebook account, that the judge issued his ruling, which decided to refuse to pay the defense agency that the court would not have jurisdiction to hear the case.
He stated that the Houthi ruling ruled, "condemning all 35 accused, from Ibrahim Shuaib al-Fashiq to the end of the gift of God Ali Shuraim, to the crime of criminal agreement and incitement to Saudi aggression countries and their allies and all the charges against them in the indictment." According to the expression court.
The ruling also stipulated that "the death penalty for the 35 defendants be punished and the confiscation of real estate property transferred and transferred within and outside the republic in the interest of the state."
It is mentioned that the Supreme Judicial Council, in Aden, had issued a decision to cancel the specialized criminal court in Sanaa, and transfer its jurisdiction to Marib.
