Iran is holding a foreign ship in the Gulf of Oman

The Iranian Navy seized, on Saturday, a foreign ship in the port of Jask in the Gulf of Oman, and arrested 13 foreign sailors on board.
In September 2019, the Iranian navy detained a foreign ship in the Gulf waters, on charges of smuggling fuel, and arrested 12 sailors of Filipino nationality.
Iranian television reported, at the time, that the navy stopped a ship carrying 283,900 liters of smuggled fuel on its coasts.
Last July, a foreign tanker carrying 12 sailors, who were illegally transporting fuel from Iranian boats to a foreign ship, was detained in international waters.
