The Land Transportation Authority holds an expanded meeting on organizing the transport of goods in Aden

On Wednesday, the head of the General Authority for Land Transport Regulation, Ali Mahrouq, held an extended meeting with the leadership and staff of the Authority’s branch in Aden, to discuss the branch’s situation and the challenges it faces and provide services related to the movement and organization of road transport affairs as well as plans and programs for the new year 2020
The Chairman of the Commission discussed how to provide services for the governorate of Aden, and to facilitate and organize the work of the movement of cargo transportation and the movement of buses for passenger transport with the competent transport authorities, and to facilitate the permit process and encourage investment in the field of various transportation services.
Mahrouw stressed the importance of coordination between the branches of the authority’s offices in the governorates, the exchange of experiences, and the collection of points revenue according to the regulations approved by the authority, and working to improve the financial and administrative status, qualification and training of cadres working in the authority’s offices and branches in a way that contributes to developing work and raising the level of services provided by the authority.
Fares Shaafal, deputy director of the Aden branch, talked about the reforms they are working on in order to improve the quality of work, and indicated that they and the center’s leadership are working in full harmony with what would lead the work in a good and distinguished manner.
