Sheikh Hamoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi, on his Facebook page, posted a video clip documenting the inauguration of the “Hamad” camp in Yafres, Jabal Habashi, Taiz Governorate, on an area approaching three directorates: Jabal Hubashi, Al-Mawasit, Al-Maafar, and not far from Al-Misrakh.
The camp was a training center for the 17th Infantry Brigade and the Popular Mobilization Forces, and it was handed over to Sheikh Hammoud al-Mikhlafi to be his camp within three brigades that previously revealed by Newsyemen that Qatar intends to establish it in Taiz.
The camp announced its formation, by Sheikh Hammoud al-Mikhlafi, on August 30 this year, and called for its members to be Yemeni soldiers returning from the southern border of the kingdom on the fronts of Saada.

The parade represents a strong message to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Al-Mikhlafi deliberately and his team put up a sign stating that these withdrew from the southern border in order to provoke and insult Riyadh at the same time.
This military formation is being built in the areas of the Taiz military axis and the authorities of the governor Nabil Shamsan, and although it is a militia formation that is not announced by the legitimacy and the axis, at the very least, the axis has not announced a position on the formation of this force and the mobilization of this large number of fighters within its control.

Doha, with its understandings with the Iranian axis, distorted the directions of military action for the forces that are under the leadership of the military wing of the Brotherhood and Taiz, one of these forces, as the battles with the Houthi militias are no longer a priority but rather the destruction of forces that do not comply with the international organization.
It is true that not all of these forces are returning from the southern border, but Al-Mikhlafi, Islah Taiz and its military leaders wanted to deliver a message to Riyadh that the Muslim Brotherhood is the strongest and best able to change the equation and remove Riyadh from the scene whenever it wanted
