Activists said that one of those killed in the attack, which was carried out by a Saudi officer at the naval base in Florida, a Yemeni named Sameh Nasser Haitham Al-Yafii.
According to sources, Al-Yafei joined the US Navy two months ago and was killed in the shooting that was carried out by a Saudi Air Force trainee named Mohammed Saeed Al-Shamrani who holds the rank of second lieutenant.
The Saudi officer opened fire in a classroom on Friday morning, killing three people, including the Yemeni youth apprentice and wounding eight others.
