According to the official news agency, President Hadi instructed yesterday (Friday) to form a committee to investigate the circumstances of the martyrdom of Brigadier General Adnan Al Hammadi, commander of the 35th Armored Brigade, headed by Attorney General Dr. Ali Al-Awash.
According to the agency, the committee includes both the head of the Military Intelligence Authority, Major General Ahmed Mohsen al-Yafii, the head of operations for the Taiz axis, Brigadier General Adnan Razeeq, and Brigadier General Mutahar al-Shuaibi.
President Hadi had formed a committee to investigate the assassination of the commander of the 35-armored brigade, which includes figures from "opponents of Al Hammadi" and leaders affiliated with the Islah party.
The move was met with widespread disapproval, because its members belonged to the Islah party, which was originally accused of carrying out the crime, which prompted Hadi to back down and form another committee.
