Documents and judicial orders revealed that the first islah and the leader of the military wing of the Brotherhood in Taiz Abd Farhan Salem" looted a private real estate of a citizen, and use it for construction without any right.

Lawyer and human rights activist Omar al-Humairi, who had previously reached the case, according to his Facebook page, said that the real estate owner tried to reach his right through friendly efforts through many people close to Salem, such as the late educational professor Saif Mohammed Saleh, and the judge chief prosecutor Abdul Wahid Mansour and others, and he was presented with his original papers and demanded arbitration.

He added that Salem was rejecting any arbitration and does not highlight any papers or even suspicion of the arbitrators and therefore refused to arbitrate or sit with the owner of the land and began construction in his land by force.

Al-Humairi confirmed that the owner of the land, Abdulqawi Taher has documents that are documented and registered in the Land Registry for thirty years, and this is the strongest proof.
