A field source said that the clashes with heavy weapons took place on the front of Jub - Sabira - Battar.
The militias in Jab are trying to regain positions lost in the past three weeks.
Clashes were intensified on Sunday afternoon with a heavy artillery exchange on the Al-Fakher front. The artillery of the southern joint forces put out the sources of the Houthi fire, two tanks stationed in "Al-Araif Hill" and "Al-Nbeijah High.
