Three abductees died under torture in Houthi prisons

Three kidnappees died in Houthi prisons after being subjected to brutal torture, according to rights sources.

The sources added the Houthi militias executed the victim Mohammed Yahya Fatini al-Masoudi, 35, in a secret prison in al-Hodeida province, and threw his body in front of his family's house.

The Houthi militias later forced the family members to bury him without referring his dead body to the forensic doctor.

Sources revealed the death of the abductee Adel Ayyah Matari Mahbob, 27, days after his abduction from his house in Zabeed city, south of al-Hodeida.

Ayyash died under torture, but the Houthi militias hid his body for two years in a Sana'a hospital before his family was reported the death last week.

According to sources, the Houthi militias executed a third abductee named Ali bin Ali Sekeen of Aslam district in Hajah province after his abduction early this month.

The Houthi militias tried to hide the crime by informing his family that he was awaiting investigation; however, the rain on the village revealed he had been killed, and his dead body was buried in the valley, and it is appeared by the rain flood.

A number of human rights organizations called on the Security Council to take punitive measures against the killers of the abductees and the forcibly disappeared.

It also called on jurists to work hard to bring the perpetrators and perpetrators of kidnappings, disappearances and torture to death the to receive the most severe punishment for their crimes.
