Oil Minister, Safer director, Marib governor participate in corruption deal worth $ 14 million

The media journalist AbdulWahid al-Awbali specialized in Oil field disclosed a $ 14 million corruption deal.

The deal involved in Oil Minister Aws al-Awad, the ECO engineer Salim al-Kaiti at Safer Oil Exploration and Production Company, and Marib governor Sultan al-Eradah.

Safer Company bought oil pipelines in the past for $ 6 million, while its current value estimated at $ 14 million, the oil pipelines were intended to link a 20-sector of Safer with Central Production Unit.  

Al-Awbali added instead of selling the oil pipelines to a new project, the manager of Safer company Salem al-Kaiti  handed them to the Oil  Minister Aws al-Awad for free to enable the latter sell them to the new project. The benefit will be divided into two shares, for the Oil minister and for Safer Manager.

Marib governor al-Eradah is silent about the deal of corruption because of Entrax Company is going to implement the new project, which the governor has a large part of its shares.  

The Journalist al-Awbali shared on Facebook a letter directed from the Oil Minister Aws al-Awad to CEO Safer Company Engineer Salim al-Kaiti,  demanding the company to authorize the Oil Ministry to act the oil pipelines, and settle its cost later.
