Mass exodus from al-Jah under Houthi bombardment south of Hodeidah

The Houthi militias have burned a number of houses in barbaric shelling in al-Jah area, south of al-Hodeida province, as part of its ongoing crimes against civilians and its violations of the ceasefire.
Local and military sources confirmed that the armed militias stationed in al-Husseiniya farms shelled mortar shells in al-Jah area in Bait al-Faqih district, targeting directly the residential villages.
The sources confirmed that the bombing caused the burning of five houses completely and damaging a number of neighboring houses.
The shelling forced civilians to flee from the area to internally displaced persons (IDPs) camps in far from al-Jah area and others areas.
Rescue teams of the Joint Resistance Forces rushed to put out fires, according to the same sources.
