Islah blames " hacking tools, al-Mekhlafis, Qatar

Disclosing the Popular Crowd Project in Taiz province has triggered a stormy dispute among members of branch of the Yemeni Islah Party in the province, the branch of the Muslim Brotherhood in Yemen.

Newsyemen information said that leaders at the Islah party were against the project idea, but Sheikh Hamoud al-Mekhlafi and the Brigadier Abdo Farhan Salem al-Mekhlafi opened contact with Qatar before al-Mekhlafi left Turkey so as to arrange for the project.
Sheikh Hamoud secretly visited Qatar and moved to Oman where the supervision of the Crowd is facilitated.
Hamoud al-Mekhlafi and the Brigadier Salem agreed that Qatar would finance the formation of a military brigade in Taiz inside the National Army after its failure to fund the presidential bridges in Aden.
The sources confirmed that the leaders of the Islah Party rejected the idea initially ,....then it is suggested to take the Qatari funds to establish the brigade and recruit Islah's youths inside 17th Infantry Brigade, the 145th Brigade and the 22nd Brigade.
The first phase of the training, according to the sources, costs $ 200,000 handed over by a Qatari delegate through al-Mekhlafi, as salaries, Y.R 150,000 for each solider, and Y.R 250,000 for each an officer.
