Houthi landmine kills two family members, injures third in al-Hodeida

A 40-year-old-father, and his girl child were killed on Thursday in a landmine blast in al-Juraib area in al-Duraihemi district, south al-Hodeida city.

The landmine was planted by the Houthi militias also injured another child.  The child of Mr. Ali Ahmed Kurd, a son of the 40-year-old man.

A medical source at al-Duraihemi hospital said to Newsyemen that a Médecins sans Frontières (MSF)'s car transported the injured child Mohammed Ali Ahmed Kurd to the 22nd May hospital in Aden.

Abdullah Bughaish, 50s, was died of his injuries of a Houthi landmine's shell that was planted by the militias in Qadhbah area, southwest al-Duraihemi city, according to civilians.

The civilians added that they found the body of Abdullah Bughaish in the middle of his car when they saw smoke rising on it.

They asserted that they saw Bughaish in his last dying breath upon their arrival to the accident's scene.
