Three-month-old girl died due to severe malnutrition in al-Hodeida

Child mortality rates increased due to complications of malnutrition that have increased in the Coastal districts in al-Hodeida province amid dozens of cases suffers for the same reasons.
The three-month-old girl, Nouf Ali Ayyash died in al-Tuhaita district as a result of complications of acute malnutrition.
The absence of special medicines at the health center exacerbated the suffering. She is the fourth victim to lose her life due to acute malnutrition in the district
According to a medical source, there are about 40 children suffers from severe malnutrition.
Despite the high incidence of injuries among children, the Nutritional Stability Center, at the district is only health center, that remains closed because of the lack of nutrition treatments.
