The spokesman for the National Resistance, a member of the Joint West Coast Command, Brig. Gen. Sadiq Doid, condemned a new Houthi crime, with a landmine that killed two children and their father, south of Hodeidah.

In a tweet on his Twitter account, Brigadier General Doed called for the international community to adopt a project to clear mines of pro-Iranian militia.

"The explosion of a mine with a father and his two children today on their motorcycle in Al-Darhimi is not the first Houthi crime and will not be the last in the record of the crimes of the Houthi militia against humanity," Said Doed.

"The Houthis' crimes against civilians and their mines planted everywhere need international condemnation and a serious international project to remove them," he said.

Earlier in the day, a mine left by al-Houthi militia exploded in al-Darhami district, killing a father and his two children as they went to a health centre between the villages of Al-Jriba and Al-Qaba.
